RED WINE VINEGAR MEMORY

A refined vinegar, obtained from the acetic fermentation of fine wines, then refined in oak barrels previously used for the aging of the finest Bolgheri wines.

The “Memoria” version is made from a selection of red grapes and is the result of a traditional method with roots in the past, enriched today by the quality of Tuscan IGT wine.

The flavor is bold yet elegant, with refined tannins and an enveloping aroma. Perfect for adding depth to grilled vegetables, roasts, aged cheeses, or salads with dried fruit.
