The result of long aging in small barrels made of various woods (oak, chestnut, cherry, and mulberry), this balsamic condiment is completely natural, with no added caramels or colorings.
Made from cooked grape must and wine vinegar, it has a deep brown color, a velvety texture, and a balanced aroma. On the palate, it is full-bodied and harmonious, with a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness.
