Cream of lampascioni

A delicate and enveloping cream made exclusively with fresh lampascioni, selected and processed according to a traditional recipe.

The bulbs, slightly bitter and aromatic, are blanched, seasoned with wine vinegar and finely blended with only extra virgin olive oil.

Perfect on warm crostini, paired with aged cheeses, roast meats, or to add a special touch to gourmet sandwiches.
