Chanterelles have a sweet, distinctive flavor. It's so intense and full-bodied that they're considered the "parsley of mushrooms," as they're used to enhance and flavor other, less bold mushrooms.
HOW TO CONSUME/USE:
The product is ready to eat. Pour into a pan and heat for 5-10 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
Known as Chanterelle or Finferlo, Cantharellus cibarius becomes an excellent condiment for first courses such as tagliatelle and risotto.
This product is completely natural. It contains no thickeners, flours, or preservatives. Gluten-free.
