A combination of tasty and fragrant mushrooms that, when paired with Porcini mushrooms, are an excellent appetizer or side dish, delicious on pizzas.

The mixed mushrooms in olive oil are composed of 4/5 types of mushrooms: moss mushroom (Volvariella Volvacea), honey mushroom (Pholiota Nameco), long-eared mushroom (Pleurotus Ostreatus) and porcini mushroom (Boletus Edulis and its group).

Ingredients may vary based on mushroom availability and customer requests. They are jarred only with olive oil.
