LIGHTLY CUT PORCINI MUSHROOMS

For those who prefer a more tender consistency, chopped Porcino mushrooms are ideal.

It's made by selecting the largest, ripest mushrooms and then chopping them into smaller or larger pieces. The mushrooms are then carefully placed in jars by hand and topped off with excellent olive oil.

For this reason it remains softer and fluffier than the whole Porcino mushroom.
