This acacia honey, extracted from the flowers of the Robinia pseudoacacia tree, is one of the most prized and beloved varieties for its delicacy and purity. Harvested in May on the hills of Abruzzo, it has a clear, slightly opalescent appearance and a very pale color. Its aroma is subtle, almost ethereal, while its flavor is incredibly smooth, with sweet notes reminiscent of the lightest and most delicate candies.
