ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

A structured and persistent organic oil, the fruit of a small, young olive grove, cultivated a short distance from the historic olive groves.

The cultivars are the same as the “1968” line — Justa and Majatica — but in balanced proportions, which give a more decisive aromatic profile and a naturally more intense color.

Ideal for use raw on vegetables, steamed or grilled fish, salads and delicate dishes that enhance their complexity.
