POGGIO AI PALMENTI ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Organic Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, obtained from a blend of Frantoio and Leccino olives, harvested in the second half of October from thirty-year-old olive trees.

Green in color with light reflections, it has a medium fruity profile with hints of green olives and medicinal herbs. On the palate, it is light and harmonious, with well-balanced bitter and spicy notes.

Perfect for enhancing traditional dishes such as pappa al pomodoro, panzanella, gnudi, seasoned pappardelle, and stockfish.
