PORCINI AND SAUSAGE SAUCE

This sauce is prepared following the ancient recipes of Borgotaro.

The fresh raw materials are washed and cut and sent for cooking together with the
sausage, the best and most fragrant porcini mushrooms are chopped and added to the sauce which is cooked entirely on a braising pan and creamed by hand according to ancient Borgotarese tradition.

HOW TO CONSUME/USE:
The product is ready to eat. Pour into a pan and heat for 5-10 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. Excellent for seasoning pasta and polenta.
